Every matchmaker on AuntieNet agrees to these four principles before she can make an introduction.

    Listen & don't judge

    Seek to understand your interviewee before being understood.

    Get permission before connecting

    Make sure you don't share anyone's personal details without their consent.

    Only offer feedback if asked

    Withhold from offering constructive feedback until you are sure it is welcome.

    Be professional at all times

    Matchmaking is an essential social function, and should be performed with the utmost tact.
